REJINA PYO offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as earrings and final sale products, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective bags are included to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
